Last week we were riding our bikes in Columbus and we met Sarah near the Olentangy Trail. She was very meticulously pedaling her way north. She had started in Mississippi and is heading to Maine. She said she had some time off and decided to take a ride. Check out her homemade plastic bucket panniers. She said they work great and all her gear is dry. Hey Sarah, send us an e-mail and let us know how you are doing!

Sarah is pedaling her way from Mississippi to Maine. She says her homemade plastic bucket panniers work great and keep all her stuff dry. They also help to keep the critters out of her food while camping.

We rode along with Sarah for a few miles while Carol is blurting out a hundred or so tips and tricks for navigating the Ohio to Erie Trail.
Here’s a follow up entry about making Bucket Panniers.
