They did it! Bob, Randell and Kate rode the Ohio to Erie Trail this weekend

Bob, Randell and Kate left from Cincinnati at the Ohio River on Friday and arrived at Lake Erie in Cleveland on Sunday night. Wow! That’s some impressive peddling! Over 300 miles in 3 days!

Bob said they put their tires in the lake at 950pm after 12 hours on the bikes at 126 miles.

Looking forward to the stories and some pics.

Congrats to all! I wonder if they are still sleeping!

Hi Carolyn! So this week Randell, Kate, and I are going to get together to combine pictures and capture all of our stories from the weekend. We’ll send you something in the next week. Here are some top of mind thoughts about our ride:

    1) The ride is amazing and Ohio is so majestic
    2) Columbus really needs better signage
    3) Westerville is confusing
    4) Dont fool yourself that the hill on rte 62 before route 25 is the only big hill on the ride. You will climb a lot between there and Centerburg
